Russian troops shelled the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv city last night.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
According to preliminary information, the private sector of the Kyivskyi district was struck.

As reported, in the early hours of September 3, the Russian forces shelled Kharkiv. The Novobavarskyi district came under fire. Russian rockets hit the area near a school.
