
Ukrainian forces shoot down 70 enemy drones, another 74 lost from tracking
The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

Starting at 19:30 on Saturday, February 8, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with 151 Shahed-type attack UAVs and various types of decoy drones launched from Russia’s Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Bryansk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk.
Ukraine’s anti-aircraft missile troops, EW units, and mobile fire groups repelled that enemy air attack.
As of 09:00 on Sunday, February 9, 70 drones were confirmed downed in the Kyiv, Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kirovohrad, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Rivne, Volyn, Mykolaiv, Kherson, and Odesa regions.
As many as 74 enemy decoy drones disappeared from radar (without negative consequences).
As a result of the enemy attack, there have been reports of damage in the Kyiv, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Zhytomyr and Volyn regions.
