The Russian army fired artillery at the central part of Kherson, a high-rise building was hit, and one person was wounded.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.

“At about 16:20, the Russian army attacked the central part of Kherson with artillery,” the statement said.

As noted, the shell hit a high-rise building, damaging apartments and cars parked nearby.

As a result of the shelling, a 59-year-old woman sustained an explosive injury and contusion. An ambulance crew took the victim to a hospital in moderate condition.

The Kherson RMA informs that a 59-year-old Kherson woman sustained contusion, explosive and closed head injuries as a result of enemy shelling of the city center after 4 pm. She was on the street at the time of the Russian attack.

As reported by Ukrinform, Russians attacked a 79-year-old resident of Antonivka, a suburb of Kherson, with a drone.
