Militants launch 43 attacks on ATO troops in eastern Ukraine

The situation in ATO area escalated yesterday. The pro-Russian illegal armed groups launched 43 attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the past day.
This is reported by the ATO press center.
"In Donetsk direction, the militants used all types of small arms and mortars of various calibers to shell the Ukrainian defenders near Avdiyivka [18km north of Donetsk], Pisky [12km north-west of Donetsk], Opytne [11.5km north-west of Donetsk]," the statement reads.
The ATO troops near Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk) and Novhorodske (34km north of Donetsk) were shelled from grenade launchers of various systems and small arms.
In Mariupol direction, the militants used heavy mortars to fire at the Ukrainian positions near Novotroitske (32km south of Donetsk), Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk), Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol).
