The Russian-backed terrorist troops have violated the Minsk agreements 7,000 times since the beginning of the current year, according to Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak.
"The current tendency shows the growth in aggressive plans of terrorist groups and the Russian Federation regarding Ukraine. Unfortunately, there have been an extremely large number of violations committed by the terrorist groups since the beginning of this year. They have violated the ceasefire and the Minsk agreements around 7,000 times," the minister said following a meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Commission in Brussels on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
The minister also informed that Russia continues to transfer the personnel, arms and ammunition across the Russian-Ukrainian border to form terrorist groups.
