Militants launch 36 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

The militants launched 17 attacks on ATO troops in Mariupol direction. The enemy shelled positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Hranitne (57km south of Donetsk), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol), and Novotroitske (32km south of Donetsk), using heavy machine guns, grenade launchers, and small arms. Ukrainian positions near Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol) and Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk) came under 82mm and 120mm mortar fire.

Nine ceasefire violations were recorded in Luhansk direction. The terrorists shelled Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), using mortars and 120mm and 122 mm artillery.

Ten more attacks were launched in Donetsk direction. Russian-backed terrorists fired at Avdiyivka (18km north of Donetsk), Butovka coal mine (11.4km north-west of Donetsk), Verkhniotoretske (22km north-east of Donetsk), using 82mm mortars, machine guns, grenade launchers and small arms.
