Ukrainian bus gets into accident in Poland, 20 injured

In Lublin Voivodeship, Poland, a Ukrainian bus got into a traffic accident in which 20 Ukrainians were injured.

The Spokesperson of the MFA of Ukraine, Oleh Nikolenko, said, according to Ukrinform.

"At night, near the village of Hrubieszów in Lublin Voivodeship, a Ukrainian company bus got into a traffic accident. According to preliminary information, twenty Ukrainians sustained injuries of varying severity. They are currently hospitalized and receiving the necessary medical care," Nikolenko said.

He added that the rest of the passengers were sent to a temporary place of stay.

The spokesman informed that the Consulate General of Ukraine in Lublin is working with Polish law enforcement to clarify all the accident circumstances and is monitoring the treatment of the injured citizens. The issue of providing another bus for the passengers is also being solved.

As reported, on the morning of January 27, a bus with 59 Ukrainians overturned in Poland.
