Ukrainian refugees returning home from Russia were deceived - Lysenko

Ukrainian refugees from the Donbas conflict zone, who have not received the promised benefits from the Russian government, have come back to Ukraine.
The Spokesman of the Presidential Administration on the ATO Andriy Lysenko told reporters at a briefing, Ukrinform reports.
"Ceasefire that has been maintained in the east of Ukraine facilitates return of refugees from Russia to their homes. Ukrainians, who did not receive the promised benefits from the Russian government and felt only hostility towards them all this time, have returned to their native land," he said.
