Ukrainians file 700 complaints to ECHR against Russia

Ukrainian citizens have filed 700 complaints to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) against the Russian Federation in connection with military actions in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and the occupation of Crimea.
Ukrainian Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko told reporters on Thursday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“We have counted about 700 such complaints. Their number is growing,” he stressed.
According to him, in the near future the European Court of Human Rights is expected to make the first ruling on these complaints.
