Canada to continue supporting Ukraine – PM Trudeau

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has reaffirmed Ottawa's firm intention to continue supporting Kyiv.
He stated this on Tuesday during the meeting with First Vice Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy, who paid the visit to Canada, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"During the meeting, Trudeau assured us of Canada’s support," Ambassador of Ukraine to Canada Andriy Shevchenko said, commenting on the results of the visit of Andriy Parubiy to Canada.
He added that Parubiy had also met with the Minister of National Defence of Canada, Parliamentary Secretary of the Foreign Minister and a number of MPs from the ruling Liberal Party.
