Russia refuses to participate in ‘Normandy’ format

Russia will not participate in the negotiations within “Normandy” format until "Kyiv abandons the policy of terror and provocations."
This is said in the statement of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
"As President Putin noted on August 10, it makes little sense to hold a meeting in the ‘Normandy format’, especially in early September in Beijing as requested by Petro Poroshenko, amid the current circumstances and until we see any real positive changes from Kyiv and its abandoning the policy of terror and provocations," the statement reads.
