The German-based website valued the 27-year-old at EUR 21 million, which makes him the most expensive Ukrainian footballer.
Malinovskyi climbed to first place after Manchester City left-back Oleksandr Zinchenko saw his value fall by EUR 4 million, to EUR 20 million.
Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Viktor Tsygankov is the third most expensive Ukrainian footballer. He is valued at EUR 19 million. Two Dynamo Kyiv players and three Shakhtar Donetsk players are in the top ten.
