Ukrainian Dekha wins gold at 2021 European Weightlifting Championships

Iryna Dekha of Ukraine has won a gold medal at the 2021 European Weightlifting Championships in Moscow.
In the women's 76 kg competition, Dekha lifted 248 kg (113 kg in the snatch and 135 kg in the clean and jerk). Russian Iana Sotieva finished second with 246 kg (112 + 134), and her compatriot Anastasia Romanova was third with 243 kg (111 + 132), according to Ukrinform.
The 2021 European Weightlifting Championships will last until April 11.
