Three Ukrainian border guards killed in enemy shelling in Zaporizhia region

Three Ukrainian border guards have been killed as a result of an enemy attack against the Prymorsky Posad border unit in the Zaporizhia region.

Oleksandr Starukh, head of the Zaporizhia Regional State Administration, said this in his address on Friday, February 25, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"Unfortunately, there were casualties at night. In the Melitopol district on the coast, a strike was launched on our border outpost. The lives of three heroes, our defenders, were lost. The situation is difficult around the city of Melitopol. This day will be difficult," he said.

According to him, last night in the Zaporizhia region was relatively calm. All systems (energy supply, water supply) are operating as normal.

At 04:25 on February 25, the enemy fired a missile strike at the Prymorsky Pasad border unit in the Zaporizhia region.
