Maternity hospital damaged in airstrike on Zhytomyr

Russian bombs smashed windows in wards and damaged doors in a maternity hospital in Zhytomyr. 

Zhytomyr 24 informed on its Telegram channel, Ukrinform reports.

"As a result of shelling, a maternity hospital in Bohunia was damaged. Women and newborns were evacuated to the basement,” the report says.

Earlier, Zhytomyr Mayor Serhii Sukhomlyn said that Russian bombs hit a residential house and a hospital. The number of casualties are being estimated.
