Ukraine doing all to help Africans evacuate to their countries - Kuleba
The Ukrainian government is doing its utmost to help Africans evacuate safely to their home countries.
According to Ukrinform, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba announced this on Twitter.
"Russia's invasion of Ukraine has affected Ukrainians and non-citizens in many devastating ways. Africans seeking evacuation are our friends and need to have equal opportunities to return to their home countries safely. Ukraine's government spares no effort to solve the problem," he wrote.
Russia went to war with Ukraine on February 24 at the behest of aggressor President Vladimir Putin. For the seventh day in a row, Russian troops have been shelling and destroying key infrastructure facilities, with missiles hitting residential buildings.
Ukraine has officially filed a lawsuit against the Russian Federation to the International Court of Justice in The Hague. ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan has launched an investigation into the situation in Ukraine.
