Shells hit yards of some districts in Kyiv - Klitschko
Several shells hit the yards in some districts of the Ukrainian capital, with no one killed or injured.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said this in his address on Telegram, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
"Several shells hit the yards in some districts of the city. No one was killed or injured, thank God. Several cars caught fire. A private house was damaged. The premises of a police station in the Podilsky district were damaged," Klitschko said.
He noted that battles continued near Kyiv - Bucha, Irpin, Hostomel. According to him, the enemy is trying to break into the capital, but Ukrainian defenders hold the defense and stop the invaders on the outskirts of the capital.
Late on March 2, Russian terrorists launched an air strike on the Southern Railway Station in Kyiv, where civilians are being evacuated.
