"The town of Okhtyrka is recovering from heavy artillery strikes. Russian airstrikes completely destroyed a military base, killing our servicemen. The blockages are still being dismantled! Dwelling houses have been destroyed, there are many civilian casualties. These Russian creatures are shelling residential districts of the town, shooting civilians in the villages! We remember their atrocities this week in the district: a bus was shelled on the road. Ambulances were not able to reach there, as they were also under fire. An artillery shell targeted a kindergarten. Children, doctors, civilians, our servicemen were killed. We will not forgive the Russians this genocide!” Zhyvytsky wrote.
