Russian missiles hit residential district in Chernihiv city center

Russian planes fired missiles on apartment blocks in Chernihiv city center.

"Russian occupiers attacked residential buildings in the city center. There are many damaged apartment blocks, broken windows, ruined walls, roofs, balconies, sometimes destroyed walls and ceilings. There are no military facilities nearby. Hospitals, several schools and kindergartens, dozens of high-rise apartment blocks are located there," the regional department of the Territorial Defense “North” posted on Facebook.

Rescuers are working on the scene. Information about killed and injured is being clarified.
