Second round of talks between Ukrainian, Russian delegations begin

The Ukrainian and Russian delegations have begun the second round of talks.

Mykhailo Podoliak, an adviser to the Head of the Ukrainian President's Office, posted on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

"We are starting talks with Russian representatives," he wrote.
