Russian invaders again shell Okhtyrka, destroying TPP and railway station
Okhtyrka town in Sumy region was bombed again this evening, Mayor of Okhtyrka wrote on Facebook.
“Okhtyrka was again bombed. The Okhtyrka TPP was destroyed. An airstrike hit the railway station,” he wrote.
Other houses in the city were also damaged, the mayor said more details would be released soon.
On February 28, the Russian forces dropped vacuum bombs, prohibited by the Geneva Convention, on Okhtyrka. At first, more than 70 soldiers were killed in Russian shelling on the town. Later, vacuum bombs were dropped on an oil depot.
