Russian artillery fires on Malyshev plant in Kharkiv

In Kharkiv, Russian artillery fired on the industrial zone of the State Enterprise “Malyshev Plant”.

“At 13:00 on March 7, 2022, the special police department of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv region received a message from the State Enterprise ‘Malyshev Plant’ that the territory of the enterprise was hit by artillery, destroying the fence of the enterprise and damaging and the weighbridge building," the Kharkiv region police posted on Facebook.

The industrial zone of the enterprise suffered from the shelling. No one was killed or injured.

Police officers took the necessary measures to record the circumstances of the incident.

The Malyshev Plant manufactures special equipment (wheeled and tracked), engines for it, machines for repairing pipelines without lifting a pipe, spare parts and components for drilling equipment, equipment for coal mining. Traditional products of the company are gas motor generators used in power plants, diesel locomotives.

As reported, the Kharkiv Armored Plant was fired upon from Russian aircraft and multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).
