Podoliak: Russian high-ranking officials really think they are at war Nazis

Russian high-ranking officials believe that they are at war with the Nazis. In this way, they are justifying their terrorist actions against Ukraine.

Mykhailo Podoliak, an adviser to the head of the Ukrainian President's Office, said this in a video address published on Twitter, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"In my opinion, it's a bit strange, but Russian officials really think they're at war with the Nazis and nationalist battalions. It's a surreal story that they invented. They're justifying their aggressive, in fact, terrorist actions in Ukraine. They do not understand that it is not for sale at all, it is not for sale anywhere except in Russia itself, which they have cut off from any information zone. That is, they have excluded themselves from the global information space, trapped themselves in a fictional story and are at war with themselves. By killing our people, they are at war with their fears," Podoliak said.

He stressed that Ukrainians are fighting for the truth, for the fact that the world is completely different, for the fact that Russian truth does not exist, for the fact that there are no Nazis, except for the Russian Federation, which uses extremely bad military technology.

Podoliak said that Ukraine wins on all fronts, the Ukrainian state is also supported by the global world and civilization. In addition, he noted the mobilization of Ukrainians in resisting the enemy.

On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops have been shelling and destroying key infrastructure and residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages using artillery, multiple launch rocket systems and ballistic missiles.

Martial law was imposed in Ukraine and general mobilization was announced.
