Almost 150,000 Ukrainians already evacuated through humanitarian corridors - Vereshchuk
Almost 150,000 people in Ukraine have already used humanitarian corridors and are now in a safe place.
Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk said this at a briefing on Monday, Ukrinform reports.
"We will be able to see the results of the corridors only at 20:00 today. However, in general, the process is very difficult. The occupiers are not fulfilling their commitments, are not fulfilling the ceasefire regime, and people often remain in danger in humanitarian corridors, which should guarantee them a safe exit," Vereshchuk said.
However, according to her, "if we talk about the total number of people who were able to get out of hell created by Putin in Ukraine, it is almost 150,000 people who used a humanitarian corridor and are now in a safe place."
