Kamyshyn: Rail services between Ukraine and Belarus suspended

Railway services between Ukraine and Belarus have been suspended, according to Oleksandr Kamyshyn, Chairman of the Board of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia.

"There are no more railway links between Ukraine and Belarus. I will not specify the details, but I am grateful to the Belarusian railways for what they are doing," Kamyshyn said on the air of Current Time TV channel.

At the same time, the head of the board refused to name the date from which the railway connection was suspended.

As reported, on February 24, Putin announced the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops have been shelling and destroying key infrastructure facilities, conducting massive shelling of residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages using artillery, multiple rocket launchers and ballistic missiles.
