Russians shell hospital in Chernihiv

The Russian troops fired on a hospital in Chernihiv city, according to Mayor Vladyslav Atroshenko.

“In Chernihiv, non-target artillery shelling of residential districts continues, which kills dozens of civilians, children and women. The city is suffering from an absolute humanitarian catastrophe. There are no electricity, heat and water, the city's infrastructure is completely destroyed. These bombardments can be compared to the fascist bombardments of 1943. The fire is being carried out aimlessly and all over the city,” Atroshenko said during a nationwide telethon broadcast by Ukrainian TV channels, Ukrinform reports.

According to the mayor, no humanitarian corridor was provided. Hospital No.2 was bombed. Now postoperative patients lie in the corridors at a temperature of +10 degrees.
