Six countries already launch investigations into Russia’s war crimes – Venediktova
Currently, six countries have already launched investigations into Russia’s war crimes.
The relevant statement was made by Ukrainian Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova on Twitter, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Six countries have already launched investigations into Russia’s war crimes: Estonia, Lithuania, Germany, Poland, Slovakia and Sweden. We are closely cooperating with them to speed up the exchange of information and evidence,” Venediktova noted.
A reminder that, on February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin initiated a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, starting a war. Russian troops are shelling and destroying the key infrastructure facilities, launching missile strikes on residential areas in Ukrainian cities and villages, killing civilians.
