Ukrainian defenders kill about 300 Russian invaders in JFO area

Ukrainian defenders have successfully repulsed 13 enemy attacks and killed about 300 Russian invaders in the area of the Joint Forces Operation in the past 24 hours.

According to Ukrinform, the press service of the Joint Forces Operation said this in a statement on Facebook.

"Thanks to the skillful actions of the Joint Forces servicemen, 13 enemy attacks have been successfully repulsed so far. Our soldiers have inflicted losses on the Russian occupiers," the statement said.

On March 21, Ukrainian defenders destroyed 14 tanks, eight infantry fighting vehicles, two floating armored personnel carriers, three artillery systems and four vehicles.

The enemy lost about 300 troops.

Air defense units shot down one enemy plane in eastern Ukraine and hit another one.

Defenders of Mariupol destroyed a Raptor-class patrol boat. The destruction of a Russian Leer-3 electronic warfare system was also confirmed.

On March 20, in the JFO area, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repulsed seven attacks by Russian invaders and destroyed more than 20 pieces of enemy equipment. The enemy lost about 170 troops.
