Russian troops killed almost 200 civilians in Chernihiv
Russian troops have killed almost 200 civilians in Chernihiv city since the war began.
Viacheslav Chaus, the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, said this in an interview with Liga.net, Ukrinform reports.
"Chernihiv is under constant fire. People are dying. If two or three days ago I spoke about the ‘Chernihiv hundred’, now I can say that almost 200 civilians have been already killed in Chernihiv," Chaus said.
As Ukrinform reported, today Chernihiv defenders destroyed an enemy column consisting of one tank, two Tigr armored vehicles and Kamaz trucks.
The war with Russian invaders has been going on in Ukraine since February 24.
