Azov Regiment destroys enemy tank, APC, IFV in Mariupol

Fighters of the Azov Regiment destroyed an enemy tank, an armored personnel carrier and an infantry fighting vehicle in Mariupol on Monday, March 28.

The Azov Regiment said this in a statement released on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Azov continues to destroy enemies. Soldiers of the Azov Regiment today destroyed a tank, an armored personnel carrier and an infantry fighting vehicle of the enemy. Another tank of the Moscow occupiers was hit. The battle continues. Mariupol is Ukraine!" the statement said.

According to Mariupol Mayor Vadym Boichenko, the number of civilian casualties in Mariupol was almost 5,000, including about 210 children, as of March 27.

Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk said that Russian troops had almost destroyed the city, so it is necessary to evacuate all civilians.
