US says attack on Kramatorsk is one more atrocity committed by Russia in Ukraine
The world will hold Russian President Vladimir Putin to account for one more atrocity - a Russian missile attack on the railway station in Kramatorsk.
The US Embassy in Ukraine said this on its Facebook page, Ukrinform reports.
"The Russian missile attack on the Kramatorsk railway station, a hub for civilian evacuations, which left dozens of people killed and more than 100 injured, is one more atrocity committed by Russia in Ukraine. The world will hold Putin to account," the embassy said.
Early on Friday, April 8, Russian troops fired a Tochka-U missile at the Kramatorsk railway station. At that time, there were thousands of people at the station waiting to be evacuated.
At least 39 people were killed and about 100 were injured in the attack.
