Next week will be even more responsible, Zelensky predicts
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky predicts that the next week will be very tense as Russia will move to large-scale hostilities in the east of the country.
“Next week will be no less important than this one than the previous ones. It will be just as tense and even more responsible. Russia will be even more afraid. Afraid to lose. Afraid that the truth will have to be admitted. Russian troops will move to even larger operations in the east of our state. They can use even more missiles against us, even more air bombs. But we are preparing for their actions,” Zelensky said in his latest address.
The President stressed that the Ukrainian defenders were ready to respond, while the authorities intended to be even more active in providing Ukraine with weapons, be more active in the international arena and in the information field.
On February 24, Russian president Putin declared war on Ukraine and launched a large-scale invasion. Russian troops shell and destroy infrastructure, massively fire on residential areas of Ukrainian cities, towns, and villages using artillery, MLRS, and ballistic missiles.
