Russian forces start removing Ukrainians from Izium to Belgorod region

Russian authorities have announced that they have begun removing Ukrainians from Izium in Kharkiv region to the territory of Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.

According to Ukrinform, the relevant repot has been posted by the Russian state information agency on Telegram.

"The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation removed the first group of refugees from Izium, Kharkiv region - about 100 people. The destination is Belgorod region,” the report says.

As reported, the aggressor is creating conditions of blockade and humanitarian catastrophe in the temporarily occupied or frontline areas. After that, the civilian population is forcibly removed from Ukraine, that is, it is actually deported.

On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops have been shelling and destroying key infrastructure facilities, conducting massive shelling of residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages using artillery, multiple rocket launchers and ballistic missiles.
