Child injured in Russian shelling of Polohy in Zaporizhzhia region
Russian forces fired on residential areas in Polohy, Zaporizhzhia region, injuring a 12-year-old child.
According to Ukrinform, the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration reported this on Telegram.
"Last night the racists fired on a peaceful residential area in the town of Polohy. Among the victims is a 12-year-old child, who underwent urgent surgery,” the report says.
The town of Huliaipole came under intensive shelling. Russian invaders used weapons of various calibers, including Grad multiple launch rocket systems. Fighting took place in the suburbs of Orikhiv. Losses among the population and infrastructure are currently being clarified.
It is noted that Russian forces fire on the town of Huliaipole and the community everyday. The enemy used Grad multiple launch rocket systems and phosphorus bombs last night. Residential buildings, social facilities were demanded.
