No shelling in Odesa overnight Tuesday, while enemy psyop targeting local population underway
The Russian forces did not shell the city of Odesa overnight Tuesday. Seeing no success in the offensive in the south of Ukraine, the Ruscists resort to information and psychological operations to sow panic in Ukrainian territories.
That’s according to the spokesman for the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Bratchuk, Ukrinform reports.
"Odesa and the rest of the region saw no shelling this night. At the same time, the enemy attempted to run intensive air reconnaissance. But our air defense forces are reliably performing their combat mission, inflicting significant losses on the enemy," Bratchuk wrote on Telegram.
According to the spokesperson, having no success in the offensive efforts in the southern part of Ukraine, the Ruscists are resorting to information and psychological operations to sow panic among the local population.
As for the situation around so-called Transnistria, the spokesman said Ukraine is monitoring "the provocative actions of local collaborators and Russian occupiers."
According to the press service of Air Force Command South, the enemy continues its aerial reconnaissance, using UAVs, but the accuracy of the Ukrainian military deprives the enemy of both the required data and equipment that they are using to obtain it ... In the Black Sea Operational Zone, the Russian naval grouping, which also includes submarines, is terrorizing civilian shipping, attempting to retrieve from the sunken Moskva Cruiser the equipment and weaponry, also threatening the entire territory of Ukraine with missile strikes.
