Another 45 Ukrainians released from Russian captivity
As part of the exchange of prisoners of war with Russia, 45 Ukrainians are returning home.
Vice Prime Minister – Minister for Reintegration of Temporary Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk said in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
"Another exchange of prisoners took place. Today 45 of our people have been released from Russian captivity. Among them are 13 officers and 20 soldiers (including five wounded),” Vereshchuk said.
According to her, 12 civilians have been also released.
As reported, on April 21, as part of the sixth exchange of prisoners of war with Russia, 19 people, including 10 military, returned to Ukraine.
