More than 100 civilians killed, 435 wounded in Kyiv during war

Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, 435 civilians have been wounded and more than 100 have been killed in Kyiv.

"Just for over 2 months of Russia's barbaric invasion, 435 civilians have been wounded in the capital. Slightly more than 100 people, including 4 children, have been killed," Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko posted on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

He stressed that the enemy continued to target Kyiv and yesterday's missile attack on a residential building was the clear evidence. Rescuers cleared away the rubble of the high-rise building in the capital’s Shevchenkivskyi district.

"It is new and still sparsely inhabited, so there were few residents. Thank God no one was killed. But there are injured. Four people were hospitalized," the mayor noted.

As reported, on April 28, the Russians again fired missiles on the capital of Ukraine.

A 25-storey residential building in Shevchenkivskyi district was partially destroyed as a result of the enemy strike. Ten people were injured. Four of them were hospitalized.
