Four people killed by enemy shelling in Donetsk region
Four civilians from Lyman were killed by Russia's shelling of the Donetsk region in the past 24 hours, and a wounded person from the Luhansk region died in Bakhmut.
The press service of the Donetsk regional military administration reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"On May 1, four civilians were killed in Russian shelling in the Donetsk region, all in Lyman. Eleven others were injured: seven in Lyman, three in Volodymyrivka and one in Yarova. In addition, one person died in the Bakhmut community from injuries received in the Luhansk region. Another person from the Luhansk region was provided with medical care there," the statement said.
According to the report, it is currently impossible to determine the exact number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
Since February 24, 2022, 290 civilians have been killed and 903 have been wounded in the territory of the Donetsk region controlled by Ukraine, except fot Volnovakha and Mariupol.
