War update for Ukraine’s south: Almost 30 invaders “calmed down,” fuel depot annihilated near Chornobaivka

In the southern part of Ukraine, the country’s defenders launched over 100 strikes targeting enemy positions, having eliminated 29 Russian servicemen and destroyed a surface-to-air missile system and other military equipment.

This was announced on Facebook by Operational Command South, Ukrinform reports.

"Our units, together with the Air Force, inflicted more than 100 strikes on enemy positions in the past day. Our MLR systems have destroyed a fuel depot near the acclaimed Chornobaivka. Twenty-nine ruscists have been calmed down," the statement said.

In addition, Ukrainian strikes destroyed a Russian Strela-10 SAM, a T-72 main battle tank, and other armored vehicles.

At the same time, it is noted that the enemy group of four missiles and seven amphibious ships continues to block maritime navigation in the Black Sea, while the threat of a strike by up to 30 cruise missiles, as well as of a landing attempt, prevails.

"The Defense Forces in the south of Ukraine continue to perform the tasks assigned," the statement said.

The military also urges citizens to be conscious of their own safety and not to ignore air-raid sirens.
