Luhansk Region’s settlements come under enemy fire 38 times over past day

Russian troops have opened fire on settlements in Luhansk Region 38 times over the past day.

The relevant statement was made by the National Police of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“On May 24, 2022, the police recorded 38 cases of shelling. Some civilians were killed and injured. A total of 39 infrastructure facilities were damaged in such settlements as Sievierodonetsk, Novodruzhesk, Vrubivka, Komyshuvakha, Zolote, Toshkivka, Katerynivka, Nyrkovove, Hirske,” the report states.

One of local enterprises was hit with Russia’s artillery strikes. Casualties among civilians were reported.

The police is recording the war crimes committed by Russian invaders, as they continue to destroy Luhansk Region.
