Biden: US won't send rockets to Ukraine that could reach Russia

US President Joe Biden said his administration doesn't plan to ship any rockets to Ukraine that could reach Russian territory.

"I won't send anything that can fire into Russia," Biden said at the White House on Monday when asked whether he was planning to send long-range rockets to Ukraine, CNN reports.

As reported, the American media last week reported on the plans of the US administration to provide Ukraine with MRLS and HIMARS multiple rocket launchers requested by the Ukrainian side. It was noted that the decision to supply these systems may be made this week.

These systems can fire missiles of different ranges, from 70 to 300 kilometers.
