Russians fire artillery, drop explosives on Sumy region
In the afternoon of June 11, the Russians dropped explosive devices from an unmanned aerial vehicle on the territory of Velyka Pysarivka community in Sumy region and then fired artillery.
"After 13:00, the enemy dropped two explosive devices from a drone on the territory of Velyka Pysarivka community. Immediately after that, at about 13:30, artillery shelling of the same territories began, about 12 shells were fired," Head of Sumy Regional Military Administration Dmytro Zhyvytskyy posted on Telegram.
There are no destructions or casualties, he noted.
As Ukrinform reported, the houses of civilian residents of Vorozhba and power lines were damaged as a result of night mortar shelling of two communities in Sumy region. The enemy also fired mortars on Shalyhyne community eight times.
