Leaders of France, Germany, Italy, Romania arrive in Irpin

President of France Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Prime Minister of Italy Mario Draghi, and President of Romania Klaus Iohannis have visited Irpin, Kyiv region.

The European leaders are accompanied by Minister of Communities and Territories Development Oleksiy Chernyshov. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is expected to join them later, in particular during the press conference scheduled for 14:00.

During President Macron's visit to Irpin, Ambassador of France to Ukraine Etienne de Poncins told BF MTV: "This visit is very important for Ukrainians to make the president aware of the damages and the incredible resistance of the Ukrainian people."

On June 16, President of France Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, and Prime Minister of Italy Mario Draghi, President of Romania Klaus Iohannis arrived in Kyiv.
