Russian attack on Lysychansk kills eight people who went out to collect water
Russian invaders fired Uragan multiple launch rocket systems at the eastern Ukrainian city of Lysychansk, killing eight people who went out to collect water.
Serhii Haidai, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, said this in a Facebook post, Ukrinform reports.
"Today in Lysychansk, when the civilian population was collecting water from a tanker truck, the Russians fired at a crowd of people using Uragan MLRS," Haidai said.
He said that eight residents of Lysychansk had been killed and 21 people had been hospitalized.
