Russian rockets hit farm, agricultural machinery in Kherson region
In Kherson region, the Russian military launched rocket strikes at the village of Novovorontsovka, damaging a farm and expensive agricultural machinery.
"Yesterday, June 29, the Russian army launched rocket strikes at the village of Novovorontsovka, Beryslav district, Kherson region. As a result of the enemy attack, the outbuildings were destroyed in the territory of the farm, and expensive agricultural machinery was damaged," Kherson region police posted on Facebook.
No civilian casualties were reported.
Police officers arrived at the scene, collected physical evidence of a war crime, interviewed local residents. The amount of damage caused to the community is being determined.
The police opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Violation of laws and customs of war".
As reported, Novovorontsovka community in Kherson region remains without power and water supply due to Russian shelling.
The police have already opened 1,399 criminal proceedings over war crimes committed by the Russian military in the territory of Kherson region.
