Russian missile damages house and school in Kharkiv
Law enforcement officers have opened criminal proceedings over today's morning shelling of Kharkiv.
That's according to the press service of the regional prosecutor's office, Ukrinform reports.
Under the procedural guidance of the Novobavarska District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation has been launched as part of criminal proceedings on the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, on July 3, at 04:00, the Russian military launched a missile attack on the Novobavarsky district of Kharkiv.
The missile hit the territory of a private house, wounding a 54-year-old woman.
In addition, the school building located nearby was damaged. The crater is six meters deep and ten meters wide.
