602 civilians killed in Donetsk Region since Russian invasion started
In Donetsk Region, a total of 602 civilians have been killed and 1,502 injured since the Russian invasion started.
The relevant statement was made by Donetsk Regional Military Administration Head Pavlo Kyrylenko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“On July 11, 2022, eight more bodies were recovered from under the rubble of the apartment block in Chasiv Yar, including a 9-year-old boy. One civilian was killed in Marinka yesterday. Two more civilians were injured in the region,” Kyrylenko wrote.
In addition, it is now impossible to calculate the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
A reminder that, on July 9, 2022, Russian invaders struck a 5-storey apartment block in Donetsk Region’s Chasiv Yar with the Uragan MLRS. Two entrances to the house were destroyed completely. A total of 33 civilians were reported killed.
