Russian invaders launch missile strike on Kramatorsk, casualties reported

Russian troops have launched a missile strike on the central part of Kramatorsk, Donetsk Region. Casualties are being reported.

The relevant statement was made by Kramatorsk Mayor Oleksandr Honcharenko on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The [missile] strike on the central part of Kramatorsk. There are casualties. Explosives experts and rescuers are working at the scene,” Honcharenko wrote.

He also posted a photograph of residential premises on fire in the apartment block.

“Loud blasts heard in Kramatorsk: Russians struck the central part of the city. According to the preliminary data, with air-launched missiles. At least one civilian has been reported killed so far,” Donetsk Regional Military Administration Head Pavlo Kyrylenko wrote on Telegram.

A reminder that, in the morning of July 19, 2022, Russian troops launched missile strikes on Kramatorsk-based industrial enterprises.
