Ukrainian forces destroy Russia’s Legenda-2 and ammunition depot in south

The Ukrainian military in southern Ukraine destroyed Russia’s Legenda-2 satellite system and an ammunition depot in Blahodatne.

The Operational Command South reported on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

"This night, the enemy's army was reduced by five rashists, ‘Legenda-2’ satellite system and an anti-tank missile complex. In Blahodatne, the rashists will no longer be able to replenish ammunition, as their warehouse has been destroyed," the report reads.

About 10 enemy ships continue to maneuver in the Black Sea. Two enemy warships carrying Kalibr cruise missiles and one large amphibious assault ship remain on combat duty in the Black Sea.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 44,300 Russian troops in Ukraine from February 24 to August 18, including 200 on August 17.
