Invaders hit three districts of Kharkiv city this morning

On the morning of Friday, August 19, the Russian occupiers struck Kharkiv again, hitting three districts of the city.

"05:44, morning attack on Kharkiv. The city's Kyivsky, Osnovyansky, and Nemyshliansky districts came under fire," Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov posted on Telegram.

A residential building was hit. According to preliminary data, one person was injured.

Moreover, an infrastructure facility was struck and fire broke out.

As reported, on August 17, around 21:30, a Russian Iskander missile hit a three-story residential building in Saltivsky district of Kharkiv, completely destroying it and starting a large-scale fire. As of this morning, it is known that seven people died under the rubble, and 17 more, including a child, were hospitalized.

According to preliminary data of the Kharkiv City Council, at least three to five people could be under the rubble. According to the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, the destroyed building was once a dormitory for people with hearing impairments, now it is just a residential building. There are people with disabilities among those rescued.
